Preparation for a Halal certificate: ingredient and raw material review, production processes, documents and labelling. We provide support, not certificate issuance.
Halal certification support: the role of RCM IDEAL
We help businesses in Uzbekistan prepare for product and production assessment under the requirements of their selected Halal scheme. Our role is to review the initial information, identify gaps in documentation and help organise preparation. RCM IDEAL provides consultancy and preparation support; the certification body decides whether to issue a certificate.
What to prepare for your first consultation
A product list, each product’s composition and available information on the origins of raw materials, ingredients and additives.
A brief description of production, equipment, storage and transport, including information on shared production lines.
Available manufacturer and supplier documents, label or packaging samples and information on any previous assessment.
The destination country and market, your buyer’s certificate requirements and your intended product launch date.
This list is a starting point for discussion, not a universal application package. Final requirements, documentation and the assessment process depend on the product and selected scheme. We do not promise certificate issuance or acceptance in every market.
What preparation for a Halal certificate involves
Support can help a business preparing for its first assessment, changing its product range or checking its documentation before approaching a certification body. We start with the product’s composition and intended use, then review the links between raw materials, suppliers, technology and production records.
Review raw material composition and origins, including available information about ingredients and processing aids.
Review production, cleaning, storage and transport processes, as well as batch traceability.
Help organise documents and records, identify missing information and prepare questions for assessment.
Discuss labelling and necessary improvements within the agreed support scope.
Preparation steps: from enquiry to assessment
You describe your products, production and target market. We clarify the task and review the initial documentation.
We discuss the applicable requirements of the selected scheme and your buyer’s requirements for a certification body.
We review readiness: what is supported by documents, what information is missing and which processes need attention.
We agree on the preparation plan, support scope and responsibilities of your team and the consultant.
We help prepare materials for the certification body and review findings within the agreed scope. Assessment and the certificate decision remain the responsibility of the relevant body.
What determines cost and timing
The support scope depends on the number and composition of products, production sites, process details and documentation readiness. Necessary improvements and the selected body’s assessment schedule also affect the overall timeline. We therefore do not quote a universal price or certificate deadline before reviewing the task.
An initial review allows us to define stages, the cost of our work and an estimated preparation schedule. The proposal should distinguish the work included in our support from any potential external assessment costs.
Halal certification for export
For export products, tell us the destination country and buyer’s requirements before preparation begins. Acceptance of a certificate, scheme and certification body needs to be checked for the specific market. The presence of a Halal label alone does not establish that a document is suitable for every importer.
We help gather the initial information and prepare questions about requirements. Market access conditions and recognition of a certificate cannot be promised without a separate check.
Questions about Halal certification in Uzbekistan
Does RCM IDEAL issue Halal certificates?
No. This page offers preparation and consultancy support. The selected certification body carries out the assessment and decides whether to issue a certificate. These roles should be kept separate when agreeing on the work.
Can we start before all documents are ready?
Yes. For an initial discussion, describe your product, ingredients, production and intended market. We can then identify which existing materials are useful and what information still needs to be requested from the manufacturer or suppliers.
Which certificate application rules apply to my product?
Preparation depends on the product category, production, selected scheme and market requirements. A single checklist for every case would be inaccurate. Send product details so we can discuss the next steps and questions for the certification body.
How can I request a support quotation?
Send the product list, composition, production site information and details of available documents through the website form or Telegram. Include the certification purpose and target market. This helps define the consultancy scope without promising a predetermined outcome.
We help with the registration of biologically active supplements, disinfectants, and hygiene products: analyze composition and purpose, check primary documents, prepare necessary data, and support the registration process.
We design and support the creation of laboratories: develop functional zoning, select equipment, determine engineering and sanitary requirements, and support implementation and accreditation preparation.
