We design and support the creation of laboratories: develop functional zoning, select equipment, determine engineering and sanitary requirements, and support implementation and accreditation preparation.
Laboratory setup and equipment aligned with your tasks
Setting up a laboratory requires aligning the planned work, premises and equipment. We discuss functional zones, equipment selection and engineering arrangements, then define support tasks for implementation and accreditation preparation.
Initial information for your laboratory project
A list of planned tests and the expected workload.
A floor plan with dimensions and information on available utilities.
A list of existing equipment and additional equipment needs.
We define the project scope and estimated schedule after reviewing the premises, tasks and equipment.
How we plan a laboratory
Define planned tests, expected workload and laboratory tasks so equipment is not selected solely from a catalogue.
Review premises, functional zones, sample movement and available utilities.
Compare tasks with existing equipment, identifying additional needs and questions for suppliers.
Agree on implementation stages and the scope of documents for subsequent work and accreditation preparation.
What affects project cost and timing
Testing areas, premises condition, utilities and equipment already purchased all matter. Planning, purchasing, installation and assessment preparation are separate stages with different participants. After reviewing initial information, we define our work and fees, clarifying external costs and timing dependencies separately.
Questions about laboratory setup and equipment
Can we start with premises and equipment we already have?
Yes. Provide a dimensioned floor plan, utility information and an equipment list. We can discuss suitability for the tasks, possible zoning and additional equipment needs without assuming everything must be replaced.
What information is needed to select equipment?
First, the planned tests, sample types and expected workload. Required specifications, installation conditions and available infrastructure are then clarified. An equipment list without this information may not meet actual needs.
Does setting up a laboratory automatically mean accreditation?
No. Premises and equipment do not replace evidence of competence, working procedures and records. Accreditation preparation is discussed as a separate part of the project; the relevant body makes the decision.
Preparation for a Halal certificate: ingredient and raw material review, production processes, documents and labelling. We provide support, not certificate issuance.
We help with the registration of biologically active supplements, disinfectants, and hygiene products: analyze composition and purpose, check primary documents, prepare necessary data, and support the registration process.
