Documents and records for accreditation preparation
We review both the documents and how they relate to work performed, including procedures, records and supporting evidence. The review identifies forms and records that need improvement and corrective actions to be planned.
Materials for an initial review
A description of your activities and the scope covered by the preparation.
Current procedures, forms and examples of supporting records.
Existing findings, corrective action plans and reports.
We clarify the preparation scope and estimated schedule after assessing the initial documents and records.
Accreditation preparation stages
Clarify the intended scope, applicable requirements and current stage: initial preparation or responding to findings.
Review procedures and supporting records for consistency with the described processes.
Identify gaps, document tasks and corrective actions, including responsibilities.
Help prepare materials and check completion of agreed improvements before further assessment.
What affects the scope and timing
The breadth of the intended scope, number of processes, condition of records and nature of findings all matter. Editing a form does not replace performing a procedure and providing supporting evidence. Following an initial review, we define the preparation plan, cost and estimated schedule separately from the accreditation body’s timetable.
Questions about accreditation preparation
Do you grant accreditation or help us prepare?
We offer consultancy support for preparing documents, records and evidence. The relevant accreditation body, not the consultant, makes the accreditation decision. Preparation does not guarantee a positive outcome.
Can we ask for help with findings from an assessment?
Yes. Send the findings, existing action plans and related records. We can discuss causes, required improvements and materials that may demonstrate completed actions.
Is a ready-made template pack enough?
No. Templates alone do not demonstrate how work is performed. Procedures should match actual activities, staff should use them and records should show implementation. Preparation needs to reflect real processes.
Preparation for a Halal certificate: ingredient and raw material review, production processes, documents and labelling. We provide support, not certificate issuance.
We help with the registration of biologically active supplements, disinfectants, and hygiene products: analyze composition and purpose, check primary documents, prepare necessary data, and support the registration process.
We design and support the creation of laboratories: develop functional zoning, select equipment, determine engineering and sanitary requirements, and support implementation and accreditation preparation.
